Essentially coming down to what I like about CTC… I like how the clients feel that we can be reached at any time and answer questions/concerns at a moment’s notice. We all access our servers on the go, literally on vacation as well, to be able to respond not by Monday morning, but within the hour. We’re trusted to find and provide that information, because although without a doubt we all feed off of each other’s knowledge, we’re trusted to manage ourselves and work independently when needed. We have a 20something, 30something, 40something, and uuhh Bill … all under one roof. As an office we bring so much to the table it’s a shockingly diverse melting pot for a small boutique firm. Some people ‘work for the weekend’, but I feel like our attitude is work for the client and when they’re happy everyone is happy all week. Being the “newbie” on the team, I’m learning as much as I can about a constantly changing industry, but I know that I’m part of team who will surpass client expectations at all levels, never stop learning, and always work as hard as possible to make the tax puzzle pieces fit nice and snug.
